I haven't gotten this item yet in the game it does seem very useful if you want to create a your ideal mercenary. It'll still be hard though since the Growth vial will still randomly select a stat to upgrade so it's kinda like a trial and error thin…

I'm still some levels away from lvl 52 but that's something to forward to in the game! It's somewhat 'comforting' to know that will won't become much of an issue once you've reach higher levels.
