I'llll never understand the gripe by reviewers about keys in a PC game that can be re-mapped. If you want grenades on G, put them on G or at least mention to the reader that if they weren't nearly as lazy as the reviewer that they could map their ow…
More games need to find passive ways to tell the story - instead of making a player sit through cut-scenes. Tell the majority of the story as the player is travelling and fighting. Stop pulling them out of the game to tell the story.
I would probably go the cheaper route if I was a publisher. Why give up 30% of your profit when you don't have to? If people remember, Steam was a pile of crap when it was first released. I'll wait to see how the Epic store matures.

This actually looks better than I thought it would. I'm glad it appears they're sticking closer to the books than the video games. Not that I don't love the games.

Funcom makes games with great atmosphere, but terrible game mechanics. I love them for what they try to do, and really want them to succeed. They never quite pull it off though.

Why make a game based on mechanics that were the only options 15-20 years ago? It's like asking why Ford won't make the Model T anymore. People generally don't want to spend two hours getting to a location in a game. It's really the reason why old-s…

I have no problem letting people gamble or smoke or do what ever they want to do to harm themselves.
Stop making me pay taxes to keep these people alive. If they make a choice that harms them let them deal with it. Only thing…
If all these regulations and more were put in place, the price of games would skyrocket. You'd like to purchase Fallout 6? That'll be $750 dollars please. I'm fine with regulating lootboxes/gambling in video games where that mechanic is used for pro…
PC's and consoles are no longer distant cousins. A console is basically a PC, games are released simultaneously on all three. I don't know why any developer today wouldn't want to release their game on all three platforms - unless it's a console exc…
