I have never had issues with rude GMs in any of the servers. In fact, when I ask a question about the game in the help channel I get 5 people telling me what to do. As for the PvP server, I haven't played on it very much so I can't say much about it…

Since Archlord is now 100% free, you might as well play both of them. They are both good.

I think this game's grind isn't that bad. For a Korean MMO this game is pretty good. In fact this game IS good. It's not the best, but its not the worst either.

That depends on what you like in MMOs. For example, Factions is the best if you want PVP, Nightfall is a good PVE game, and Prophecies has good PVP and PVE but both could be better.
