This just happened to me. I recieved that same email change notification, and now can't login to my account. I did NOT buy through MMORPG. My password was NOT the same. This is a issue with GW2 site, NOT MMORPG. WTF Arena net.

If you think Juggertaut is underpowered, you are playing it wrong. Marauder can be very effective at max level especially. They are more than just dps. Low level Marauders are hard to stay alive with at times. They are "late bloomers"
