Actually they do sell their own gold in Warcrack. You buy a subscription token off their shop then sell it in the AH for gold. That is gold selling.

All of that and China is just 3% of their revenue. 3% of their 2021 net revenue is $54,810,000... they already hemorrhage money, and with their lawsuits they can't really stand to be loosing the Chinese market.
