  • Looks nice but many things shown in video were promised for second part of Guild Wars. Wouldn't be suprised if GW 2 development and AION 3.0 are somehow connected. I did read somewhere thet ArenaNet guys were playing Aion.
  • Neuro, from your wall of text I  presume that you lack Tolkien Lore information. Especially about Old Forrest. That's why you maybe didn't find epic book story attractive, one of main parts of LOTRO pve. Player  doesn't need to grind in Lotro all …
  • Arrgy ... excellent post. I'm a lifer so can't rly quit . But defenately agree that with Moria Lotro is not same anymore. Although I do like Moria. But miss that feeling of exploration when I first entered ME. With Book9 they should bring more t…
  • OP GW sold arround 4 milion copies. So it's not that bad game. You could give us less successfull game as a "bad" example hehe.  It is different, yet popular. BTW, i still play that actionrpg and I think you are way off with your opinion.   It s…

  • Larry --- why don't you just quit LOTRO. While many say community in LOTRO is great, you say opposite.  You try so hard to bash LOTRO, like your other post comparing instances with WOW. Why bother playing LOTRO, if every other MMORPG seems to be b…
  • Minstrels do have more agro, archers are real pain, 16th hall is great example. But i didn't loose hope when i saw lvl 54 legendary 2nd age book with -6 threat . Combined with excellent legacies (healing and motivation, bolster courage, raise spi…
  • Bursche ... defenately longer then WAR u mentioned. But then we can discuss about tastes, different motivations etc. Like for every MMORPG: graphics, story, gear, community, PVP, ...   Darkfall might be your game.

  • Are we playing same game? In Moria money is easy to get. Do some instances, nice money there. Grand Stair, hard mode doesn't take long and you can get arround 700 s per run. With MoM i feel quite opposite. Have more  money now then in SOA. And i'…
  • Hmm, strange, there are many posts on offical forum from well established kinships that recruit new players. Atleast on Eldar. But do admit that our kin is open only to some of the classes.
  • So much text for what you could explain in one sentence. Simple "I don't like the game." would be enough.
  • Yep, killing less is one example. Second, many deeds you can finish just doing instances.
  • Before MOM I had 3 lvl 50's. On 2 all traits maxed. With Moria deeds for virtue traits are now easier to max out and you dont need to visit every place or do every quest.
  • Larry2298 ... not realy true. You have many areas that you can skip and still lvl up to max, so you can do them with your alt later. For example I maxed my minstrel to lvl 60 not doing much of quests in Durin's Way or Fundation of stone and Redhorn …
  • nitefly - "Now I'm getting curious because this is NOT what you see on Lord of the Rings: Online websites concerning Traits. Even with the new system the impact seems to be very little and gives no real change to how you would play your Character." …

  • nitefly ... you started repeating yourself. You spend to much time on a game forum, that you dont like and don't even play anymore? Is that like a crusade or something, because you showed that you lack valid informations about LOTRO?
  • I would say so; you have many fantasy books with dragons, magic and so on ... Like for example Eragon or Song of Ice and Fire from George R. R. Martin. But difference is in quality of the writter. Read the books and compare them, you'll see what I m…
