You get all the new ARR CE in game items and don't have to repurchase the game if you still have your old account.

You can't download the new client through the patcher till Thursday. They announced this on the beta forums last Friday.

Here you go UI Editor for ARR Oh and yes.. it's called the Duty Finder. And even after you've outleveled a dungeon you can still queue for it in the Duty Finder, because it will just sync you down to the appropriate level for that dungeon
