Great thoughts. I would like to add: Sometimes it gets hard to find groups for certain instances. Persevere and you will succeed! It took me forever to get a shield for my shaman from Diremaul (A long time ago).

Well, I guess you won't be able to do anything about it, until lots of people complain to the GMs. But the best way to avoid is not to hang around busy areas....I love to go on group missions, and people don't waste time saying stupid stuff there.
