Currently playing VG and I am having a blast. Finally reached Raid lvl and there is so much to do, to me it does feel like the old school EQ. I have tried to get into EQ2 but like many others it just didnt grab me like VG does. 2cents.

Planetside huh? I adore that game and have played it on and off for years and I seriously doubt he plays. Maybe if he actually played he would realize that it is in need of some serious help along with a few other games (Vanguard).

Nah its alive and doing pretty good after the merge. SOE just need to pull their heads out of their @sses and give the game some TLC.

To be fair, this is the best I've seen VG. There are generally people everywhere, not just the most populated cities. Now granted its not perfect, there are bugs and lag spikes. All I am sayin is just TRY it, if ya dont like it,cool but I am betting…

Having a damn good time in Vanguard, actually got hooked on crafting.. yea.. crafting. Id say if anyone has any doubts just give the trial a shot.

I personally agree with the OP, having grown up on Star Wars the first screens of the game turned me off to it. Maybe the game play is good?
