It is also true as was mentioned above the influx of trial accounts might have given some people a false undderstanding of the community. Newbie/global chat is just that. I dont think vets can even chat in it anymore.

Sorry to hear about your issues. The game is buggy with some systems no matter how raging they are, but I've had nothing but excellent help and feedback from customer support. Sometimes they just don't know why it's not working either.
