It is a serious issue, and I wouldn't mind so much if it was the only problem I've had with this game, but even the weight of the initial download broke my computer desk.
I find Neverwinter to have one of the most mercenary cash shop systems out there and as a result I refuse to play. However, I would willingly pay a sub for it.
