I really really really wanted this game to be good. UO is my all time favorite game to play, I even jump on free servers at times for the nostalgia. This game is no UO successor. Visually it is pleasing, it's immersive and fun to explore and craft. …
TSW, so much potential, great concept, if they would have listened to their player base and revamped the combat to at least be a little bit exciting it could have been one of the best mmorpg's ever. Too bad.
I began playing Skyforge last night and being an mmorpg'er since the UO beta I must say I actually had a good time playing it. I went ahead and bought the collectors edition so I could give the knight a try right off the bat and to my surprise I act…
I never knew this game existed. Too bad, looked like an amazing game and better than most mmo's out today. I wish they would bring it back or a new version. Anyone know any mmorpg's out that are similar?
One of the major reasons I left as well was getting griefed over and over and over at level 35, in the level 30's zone by level 50's trying to rack up kill counts or whatever. It made the game hardly fun to be paying for something that I couldn't ev…

Originally posted by Arclan I was dissapointed with Vanguard because it was a Quest hub wow clone; which is sad considering if you took away that quest hub bullshit, the game world was amazing all by itself. To me it would be like setting up a mcd…
While mostly everything since UO has been a let down, I would have to say the Secret World tops my list of let downs. So much potential, so little spark.
I disliked the whole idea of a card system for combat at first as well. After using it, tweaking it, and implementing it, I actually like it now. Who would have thought?
Give it a try before you knock it and don't forget, this is still Alpha. Most…
