The CPU Coolers comes with a 120mm fan with a max speed of 2000 RPM. At the moment, I am running the CPU fan at around 880 - 900 RPM and my idle temprature dropped 4 degrees.
So I sit around 30c at idle and when I am playing a single game (I d…
Man, I went with a budget cooler instead of any of the ones I mentioned. I read some reviews on the Coolermaster Hyper 212 + and saw that it is a good bang for it's buck. Cheap also and I was on a budget since purchasing the new computer I built.

I appreciate the information. I have decided on the Zalman CNPS10x Extreme, since a store carrys in around my house. I've heard that it was somewhat old, but still good.
I mean, my CPU idles around 32-34C and under a load around 40C.
But I've heard some Zalman coolers are good, but I am just seeing who has used this case and got some nice CPU Coolers for a good price, that doesn't require modding the Antec 902 cas…
Just purchased the rig, haha. Nice chump of change.
But I had to replace the corsair xm3 ddr3 1600 mhz with G.skill ripjaws DDR3 1333 mhz, since the motherboard I chose doesnt do 1600 mhz. Can overclock it to 1600 mhz, though. Wierd.
Go with the 4850 and 1GB, the 5670 can't handle most games on DX11 with great settings anyways. But AoC is DX10, if they have released that yet. But that rig should play the game on pretty good settings.
That rig is faster than the current one…
Titan Fenrir looks good. Since I am buying all my newegg components at one time, I'll after to get it a few days afterwards since Newegg doesn't sell it.
Just to make a remark from my latest reply. I found a CPU fan/Heatsink combination that I am liking and the price is within my range for what I would pay for one at the moment.
Here it is!

Agreed, jammer. I think it is a preference, but one is not greater than the other. But are good based on their certain aspects. Good reply.

Thanks for the input, bud. But no MAC for me, man. I've heard they were multi-tasking beasts, but I have never been interested in MACs or mostly anything Apple.
Do you have heating problems with the stock fan, because I am in Texas and it gets hot also.
Also with that thermalright heatsink what kind of fan are you looking at? 80mm, right?
Thanks, pal. I did research alot and got alot of critique from various people on the build. So thanks to you gents, also. Got a nice budget that I can work with and a good build.
Outstanding idea my friend. So I guess I could do a 5770. Yeah because that is what I heard. 4870 was better performance, but 5770 had the perks to go with it.
So 5770 it is, my friend. Then as you mentioned, rebates would help pay for other o…
Hmm, the quote thing doesnt work well. But my actual budget was around $850-$950. But seeing how my payment goes next week, I might be able to squeak in a 4870.
If it doesnt work out well, I could wait a bit and maybe purchase another 4870 later o…
Actually, pardon my last response. I might choose the Antect 902. I actually think I am going to choose it, since you mentioned the dust filters and I read some nice reviews on it.
Plus it has more room than the 300 and I have a 120mm fan for …
Originally posted by AmazingAvery I have a 900 in a second case and a '300' in another. Honestly I would get the 300 or the 2nd generation 900 simply because of the dust filters. The 900 lets tons of dust in. The 300 with some seperate fans for the …
