I seriously doubt they will give out a release date on April 10th. The game is not finished and they still have to do some more beta tests. Most likely they will give us the release date in summer and release will be sometime in the fall.

Umm the last I heard you had to go to a NPC and pay coin to switch out trait lines. You can switch out major traits in the same trait line on the fly though.
