I think the appeal of developing these kinds of games for companies is they don't spend years developing story and content that is gobbled up in a matter of hours or days. Blizzard spends a couple years developing a WoW expansion and players eat it …
I'm personally not interested in VR. The price of entry is outrageous and I have no desire to strap gear to my head. Honestly none of the VR games that I have seen so far interest me that much me anyway. For those who have the cash and enjoy it, hav…
I have been and remain very interested in this game. The fact that it may not have traditional multiplayer does not matter to me. What intrigues me is the unique vast open galaxy/universe, the space combat, progression through crafting and upgrading…

"Neowiz has mentioned that Bless "is the company's last big-budget MMORPG"
Man, I have been kind of excited for Bless, but them saying this is kind of a downer. I mean it's hard to be excited and feel good about an MMORPG from a compa…
I'm just not sold on VR at all. Maybe I really do need to experience it to embrace it, but at this point I couldn't care less about it. The price point alone makes me not interested. Why would I buy a peripheral device, supported by a handful of …
Looks pretty sweet! The combat has weight and impact, which is important to me. Since you are in combat so much in these types of games, it needs to feel really good. I want to feel like I am connecting with something when I swing. Let's hope it mak…

I personally don't see that happening anytime soon. I mean the subs would have to drop a whole lot more. They still have like 7 million subscribers. That's still a delicious chunk of revenue coming in every month. It would be really hard to give up …
I have been thinking the same thing since Overwatch was announced. Such great characters and an interesting world wasted (in my opinion) on yet another arena game. I guess it doesn't matter now, it's a done deal. I think game devs are drawn to this …
This game is going to be awesome in my opinion.
There is limitless exploration. Every time I see a video of this game the response is very mixed though. People either seemed amazed by it or write it off as boring. It's going to be a different ki…
I've always loved this pic. The armor is awesome and the lighting is very dramatic. Blizzard has always managed to make Azeroth feel like a real world that could exist, even though it is filled with strange creatures and fantasy. In my opinion, i…
FINALLY!
My brother and I have such fond memories of the classic Bard's Tale series. I first played Bard's Tale on a friends Apple IIgs and I was hooked on computer role playing games from that moment on. My brother bought an Amiga 500, which was i…
Good luck with that. Looks like an RPG maker game. Pass.
I love good 2D though. I keep hoping someone will do an action RPG that looks like Rayman Legends or Ori and the Blind Forest.
This is actually what I would expect. It's a money-time trade. I have no problem with this. If I can obtain, within reason, what paying players can obtain then I consider it fair.
I'm not saying they are wrong, just curious....why do game companies still create brand new in-house engines from scratch?? Seems like there are so many off-the-shelf engines now that would really give them a jump on development.
