How are they dealing with quests? Will all quests be static/linear similar to World of Warcraft and similar clones or will there be more "dynamic" quests similar to GW2's event system or FFXIV's FATE's?

Sorry, I don't want to juggle with my UI filled with 30+ skills and hotbars.
The purpose of having a limited amount of skills is so you spend less time managing a muddled UI and more time actually playing the game.
So considering all of your negatives, you just want the typical systems we've already seen in every single other MMORPG?
There is nothing "simple" about their system. Having tons of hotbars and icons like other MMO's is just completely unnecessary…
