  • I hope not, the moment a game becomes free to play, all the trolls, game-hoppers and people that destroy a game environment become increasingly mixed into the game world. The game also loses regular funding, so its quality diminishes.
  • Have you spoken to them? I know what the issue is, but I'm not going to say, so I save you from continuing to play a very poorly made game.
  • You have to acknowledge both sides of the story. Free to play games, have there advantages, like logging in at anytime, and being free. But in my opinion, pay to play games have more advantages then free to play games. People take play to pay games …
  • Sport is defined as:  an activity involving physical exertion and skill in which an individual or team competes against another or others for entertainment. So therefore, unless everyone playing the game is lifting weights and physically exerting …
  • Yeah, I get the same message, if someone knows how to download the game before its release tomorrow, it would be awesome, thanks.
  • It is really weird, cant seem to find the time it is released anyway, and the release date is tomorrow, which is really weird. And yeah I thought that counter must be wrong, its at like 1 hour and 15 minutes, but my timezone is ahead of America, so …
  • Is that countdown real? It says it is in 1 hour and 30 minutes? But it wont even be September 16th in that long.
  • I know its September 16th, but how many hours from now, until the release
  • Valid points and I agree with them. However, I also think there is another one that contributes largely to the wow player base. That is... Uniqueness, now I know, a lot of games have drawn there inspiration from world of warcraft. But even though th…
  • OP before posting, please use your head first.
  • Op, you have to stop complaining and use your head for a second. Think a bout it logically, a game that has no publicity, before the game is released is generally the game you should get - because instead of spending millions on advertising like a c…
  • There appear to be 3 types of MMO players, on one hand, there is the intelligent, well educated type, that play them to test their individual intelligence, and to have potential down time - escaping "mentally strenuous" work that they may have to do…
  • The thing is - certain people love that story driven, attempted "realistic" feel, that a game like eso brings. However, to me and a lot of other people, we would much rather go watch a movie, and have good quality content in our games. See to me, th…
  • I am not a fan of the game at all, but I can acknowledge what you are saying, it might not be my cup of tea, but you could enjoy it greatly. However, just a few things that is based on empirical fact, as it has happened time and time again. Current …
  • Hey Op, yeah I agree with what you are saying, although I have not played ESO to the extent at which you have. I played the beta, and played the game for 1-2 days straight, and physically could not log in after that, it just gave me no interest at a…
  • I see what people are saying, and appreciate the comments, although, what I want is peoples honest opinion of why they are playing the game and what they like / don't like a bout it (features, etc...) I do not want/ need all this flame or hate that …
  • Originally posted by Eir_S This whole thread is suspect. I don't like this game, it's boring.  Should I buy it to waste time til the game I want (that's totally more awesome) comes out? Right in the ESO forums. lol Sorry Didn't mean to make …
  • Originally posted by Nyghthowler Originally posted by Stimos8  i was greatly looking forward to the game, before trying beta, but after i played eso for about a day, I actually couldn't stand to log on/ play it anymore, it just felt static, not in…
  • Originally posted by Sovrath Originally posted by Stimos8 Eso, is far more similar, as it is fantasy based, not that a wow clone is even bad... ESO is not a wow clone. If fantasy is your criteria for being a wow clone then Every fantasy mm…
  • Originally posted by Foobarx If you have to ask, then the answer is a resounding "NO!!!!!!!!!!!!"   98% of the people playing ESO right now will be playing Wildstar in less than 2 months.   If you can't wait that long, then you have no life.…
