Awesome. Jennifer Hale's my favorite game voice actress. Has been ever since she did Fall-From-Grace in Planescape:Torment. (Probably still the best CRPG of all time.)
I trust BioWare. In my opinion, they're far and away the best game developers in the business, and have been for years. They'll make an amazing game. That's enough for me.

I think they look good, actually. Better than WoW's characters. Better than most of the ones that attempt to look "realistic" and just end up with everyone looking fugly. They're not AMAZING, but they're certainly good enough.
