My experience in the industry started over five years ago while working in SOEs volunteer program. In 2000, I was hired by Funcom to work as a GM on their upcoming title, Anarchy Online. Due to my 15+ years experience, training and management in the customer service and training fields, I quickly moved through the ranks, moving into International Events Manager and CS Manager a year after the game launched. In 2002, I accepted management of the Funcom offices in NC, USA and a position on the Board of Directors for Funcom, Inc. In 2004 I was recruited as the CS Manager for the Themis Group and then promoted to Director of Community Services. Currently I am the Director of Playerbase Solutions, a subsidiary of the Themis Group dedicated to every aspect of the service side of online gaming. Everything from community services to beta testing, from customer services to game analysis. We bring our 50+ years combined experiences into the arena to accomplish what needs to be done.
