lol, alright Spartacus settle down, lets look at this
A)bots exist because of 2 reasons.
1)to farm ingame items/$$$$
2)for powerlevel services
B)bots don’t need items/$$$$ or need levels soooo

PEOPLE are the reason BOTS exist, go ahead and try to make this a 1 or other choice but think before you type and what exactly your saying.
I totally agree botting should not be a part of a game but by blurting out stuff like this will NOT help your cause. YES everyone knows it violates the EULA terms of service, Yes it feels morally wrong(like cheating) but.... its not bots or the company that is causing this problem. ITS PLAYERS! people pay for these services and keep this industry going. why in gods name would a developer/publisher turn down an acct or monthly fee payment for something that does not directly effect or compromise THEIR investments of hardware/IP/and time, and also that is not ILLEGEAL and therefore they have full legal control over.
And to say it determines your future with us gamers, no, not really, anything that is said or done in this forum or all the forums only accounts for about 20% of all gamers at most. not only that different development teams handle games different so just blacklisting a publisher because how 1 game is handled is very ignorant. its like not eating at mcdonalds/tacobell/kfc/arbys etc because mcdonalds did you dirty, guess what they are all owned by same corporation!
Also yes, yes they do care about the customers, thats why they FIX lag, bug issues, add new content, add new game features, balance other issues. Ohes noes they dont attend to YOUR every need, but they try to fix overall problems not your petty differences.
So laneo keep posting and get your score higher just please do us all a favor and add a little more depth and intelligence so its worth reading.

Bots and farmers exist due to demand of players, wanting uber l33t equipment and levels.
And actually L2 support isn't that bad, it is only bad when you are trying to solve the botting issue. But every single contact to support (threw their support website) has been taken care of super fast and to my satisfaction for real issues such as bugs, or some other crazy thing that actually hurts my in game playtime more than a EULA violation. When it comes to actual issues of game play the customer service is actually better than most MMOs. Just don't talk about bots, or wine and nag about them anyway. And don't try to get your issue solved threw in game petition.
