just saw a trailer and thought it looked cool but I have a question

Is there any news on how much customization there is.
my one problem with silk road and lineage2 was that most people were just photocopies of each toehr aside from equipment.
Lineage 2 had alot of classes but not a whole lot of different faces. Silk raod had a pretty good amount of faces but from waht I saw not many classes
