People with pre-orders seem to get the priority,followed by a random selection of other CLOSED beta testers (that means NDA!). I have yet to receive any kind of beta key myself. But give it time,it looks like they're heading to 'Phase 4' which is possibly allowing tonnes more people in the beta?
