Sindaren/Quenya

in Lord of the Rings Online
Just curious if anyone here actually speaks Sindaren fluently?  Or at least a mix of the two since I nkow that both are relatively incomplete on their own and the remainder of the language must be constructed to speak fluently.

    I wish I could. But if I could choose any ME language, it would be the language of the dwarves.

    Unfortunately the language of the dwarves is like.. tiny.  Really tiny.  They know like 40 words of it heh.
