Worst Customer Service Ever

I've emailed customer service 3x about a script error when clicking on ID check with no response...

Been a week now, it should never take a company more than a week to process customer support inquiries

    Must be IE 6.0.
    Internet Explorer 7.0 Beta 1,2 & 3 doesn't work either.

    the answer to that question is always in their forums. if you have questions i think the fastest way is to post questions about ur issue in the GM section of the official hero online forums. but yes the solution to ur question is to use IE 6.0 rather the mozilla firefox.

    i believe there is a FAQ somewhere on the main website and on the forums there is a sticky of solutions to many technical problems players have come across. if you took some time on the website it could of easily been solved. gm responses from any game takes a while, unless theres nothing i can do to solve my problem, i usually will try to solve it myslef. hope u can get in the game and gl!
