Why wait?! I'm here to tell you a little something about the Vana'diel Chocobo Racing League.

It all started when Nekoniku, our founder, set up a race in beta testing - the race was a success and hundreds of people where asking to participate. So, being a web designer and seeing the potential in the VCRL, FF_Spazz offered his services to Nekoniku. He accepted FF_Spazz's help and FF_Spazz began work on the website. The two went out and asked everyone what they thought about the idea and what kinds of rules we should have. Thus, the VCRL was born from the players and continues to be run by the players.

We are first - and only - Chocobo Racing League in Vana'diel. We have the most unique and challenging courses through a wide variety of different terrain that attract an assortment of fans and competitors.

Racing in the VCRL will gain you the ability to earn thousands of Gil and items. It is a wonderful way to obtain publicity and sponsorship, which will aide you in your quests outside of the VCRL. Those individuals that finish in the top ten will have access to this much sought after sponsorship.

You can have a great time betting and racing with friends. There is always an enjoyable party following the races, for all who wish to attend. This gives you an opportunity to chat with the other racers and sponsors, and get to know your fellow adventurers.
