in Knight Online

I know this is going to sound kinda stupid but i downloaded KNights online today and i dont know how to chat!. If u can plz post a guide cuz KNights online doesnt have a very good begginer one. When i  want to chat i never write cuz when i press a letter my player just moves and maps come up and stuff like that. I nEEEED HELP . This game looks kinda interesting and i want to get to know how to play it. TYVM for wasting ur time reading this.
