I watched I and II back to back a few years ago and even though the first was the best, the second wasn't really less entertaining.
19. Revenge of the Nerds II: nerds in paradise
Yeah they should have left the Nerds alone after the First Movie, but out of all the sequels the second really was almost as good as the first.
14. Conan the Destroyer
I also watched the 2 Conan's back to back a year ago and found the Second to be a hell of a lot more interesting. Sure 1 was a little less "silly" but 2 actually had good characters and a much more exciting plot.
6. Weekend At Bernie's II
It was more goofy than the first one, but I still found it funny as hell and it wasn't like the first one was anything serious.
As for Ocean's 12: Eleven was amazingly good, wjile Twelve was amazingly bad. Twelve seemed way too scattered and weak when compared to the first.
Not a bad list...and yes...I think they ALL belong on it.
But they needed to add a few more crappy sequels....
Beverly Hills Cop 3 (why not stop at two...this one was just the second one, dug up, stuffed full of Disneyworld rip-offs, and buried in 10 feet of pure horse manuer)
Dragonheart 2 (I know technically it was low-budget...but still...I loved the first one...who can't like Sean Connery as a dragon, but this one... this one made me want to hate the first one for making me want to try the second one)
Blairwitch Project 2 (if you have to ask why then I just don't like you as a person)
Mortal Kombat 2 (if you guys can't do it right the first time...what makes you think you can do a better job the second?)
I really liked BHC3, but maybe just because I like the characters and actors who play them so much. Also Dragon Heart 2 was much better than I expected, though of course no where near as good as the first.
Why the hell is Revenge of the Nerds and The Phantom Menance on there? The person/people who made this list need to go back to critique school or wherever they come from.

Being a prequel, I'd have to agree with your questioning Phantom Menace. Maybe it got special consideration because it sucked that bad.

Yea, its a prequel thats why it boggled me. And I think Nerds in Paradise kicks ass. I figured if these people are so knowldegable on what makes a good movie then they would be able to tell a prequel from a sequal.

Bah, that list was horrific, I enjoyed most of those movies, Episode One is understandable since it was all talk (literally) and no walk; it just didnt have the drama, intensity or sheer rush of the other 3, neither did Episode Two.
I think it's the objective of your past self to make you cringe.

I like The Phantom Menance and love Revenge of The Sith, but Attack of The Clones is horrible yes.

AotC and RotS were ok, while TPM was crap. Get it straight buddy.
I thought they were all pretty good movies. Well maybe we should make a starwars thread and see how many agree and disagree.
That would be a bad idea, 65% of this website already consist of StarWars related post. The other 35% is stuff that dosent relate to StarWars at all, like WoW...news...politics...and the NGE.

Agree. Take Revenge of the Nerds off this list and put X-3 up there.

Agree with most of the choices but...Matrix Reloaded wasn't that bad, it just wasn't as original or as fresh as the first Matrix. It *was* a pretty hard act to follow. The Matrix Reloaded, by itself, is a fairly good film.
The Fly II isn't a sequel to an original, it's a sequel to a remake. Yes, it is a shit film nonetheless.
All of the Karate Kid films blew. They cancel each other out.

I agree with all of them except:

Ditto with Porky's and Teen Wolf.
