They have no support some ppl bought packages and couldn't claim them and since there is no support system in place they have no way of doing anything about it
I went to try and play but everything is in Chinese so I can't play.
It's Korean not Chinese. Chinese and Korean characters look very different. A good way to tell the difference is with the number of tiny zeros and straight lines that appear in Korean.
Except the fact that jandisoft did a full 360, changed there refund policy and has started denying and ignoring everyone's requests
They changed from refund before release to within 7 days from purchase screwing all preorders
Then if you do qualify they make up further rules that aren't even listed people that bought sane day and didn't even launch the game have gotten denied
And if you contact the payment provider they can somehow contact jandisoft easily meanwhile jandisoft just ignores you themselves just to tell you they were told to not allow your refund regardless

As someone who has looked forward to madworld since pre 2019 absolutely no one should support this company they go back on anything they say and are the most predatory company I've ever dealt with hopefully once they see the tins of chargebacks they are receiving for denying eligible refunds they will actually do the right thing
I tend to always wait with a developer I have no experience with when spending any money. This may be overly cautious but it helps when you see all the complaints especially in F2P game where you can easily spend the money after a week or two and you can still support them without the tears.

The review in progress for this game on this site has a disclaimer stating that the payment processor for the game charged his Paypal account $1000 or something so I think this game has more than just the typical MMO launch issues to start. /smirk
the game was good till they released that patch on the 3rd day of early start it lowered all attack speed the worse being bow by 50% changed all stats so if u built tank you now have to build all mind which is spell and mana because who needs hps anyways they got rid of all loot and now i found out on discord that they made it so you have to be the level of the dungeon or higher or you 100% miss every mob great job guys... and like the other person said up top i was also looking forward to this.. very sad indeed
