May check it out! Not sure I like the top down look though. I will see if I can get used to it.

PK system kills it for me, can't play a game like that knowing someone can easily turn around and ruin my whole day.

Maybe they don't care about Diablo 4 and don't think it's a competition for them. The game looks like an Ultima game, I doubt Ultima players are Diablo 3+ players.

I prefer isometric view, but there’s definitely a niche but loyal audience for Tibia, so this could go well. The sprites are nicely done.

Ive been following them for awhile. They honestly don't care about Diablo or any of the likes. Like Wordsworth said they are shooting for a specific crowd, the Tibia fans. I played the closed beta but decided to not venture too far into it. It honestly was a fun time, if not a hard time. There isn't a ton of hand holding in it, so you honestly have to figure shit out. Some quests they give you an area you need to go to and don't even show you on the map where that person is. They are just in that area.

I find it simply AMAZEBALSS that some people think that no one could possibly like Tibia AND Diablo games..................SMH.

Open up a game to the public when the game is ready.  There isn't a day that is ideal for everyone.  People who want to play Diablo 4 first but are also interested in Ravendawn can try the latter a week or a month later if they want to.

For that matter, you don't necessarily want everyone to rush in on the same day and overwhelm servers.  It's better to spread out when people show up to play your game.  Some betas do this intentionally by making people sign up and letting in a handful at a time.

The game is set in a fantasy world called Ravendawn, where players can choose from a variety of different races and classes as they embark on quests, battle monsters, and explore the game's expansive world. The game features a rich storyline, Lambasingi immersive environments, and a variety of different gameplay modes, including PvP battles, dungeon raids, and crafting.

That sure reads like a bot that scraped text from some other source and then added dodgy links.  But feel free to reply and correct me if I'm wrong, Learner23.

Reported, this is one of those more human sounding adbots I was talking about, not as good as the best we have had on here mind you. The site should have a Adbot of the Year Award. :)

What are you, one of the devs here to get support?

This is the most Tibia looking game I've ever seen, haha. Tibia is a pretty nice game, but don't have much sand in the box. This could add to the formula. Interesting!

They can, but they're not even remotely the same genre. Diablo 2 is an RPG only in the most abstract sense, and it has only been diluted since. If having "RPG elements" qualifies a game to be an RPG, then you might as well start referring to NHL games and Call of Duty games as RPGs. It has become so common to add "RPG elements" to games due to their effect on player retention due to the inherent reward system that it's more likely a game has them than not at this point.

So, I doubt the people making a game that plays like Ultima Online have much to worry about from a game that has as much in common with Ultima Online as it has with the newest Call of Duty.
