Each week, we scour the internet for all things indie MMO-related so you don't have to. This week, you asked and I listened. In today's Indie MMO Spotlight patch (3.20.22), we are adding a new QoL feature - going forward, a link to each MMO's official website will be attached to the segment headers (apparently some of you were already clicking on these anyway). Please feel free to report any bug issues that arise in the comments below. Well, that's enough of me trying to act like a developer. Le

So far crafting beats 90% of the gaming market. Let's see if it keeps up
No fate but what we make, so make me a ham sandwich please.
Also, thanks for the links!
Out of the more prominent titles, Profane is the one I have the least faith in. I don't mind the slow progress. It's the way they talk about things that concerns me. There's a lot of "we still have to figure that out" when talking about core concept designs. And full loot open PvP is always a hardcore sell that immediately limits your audience. I don't wish ill will towards them, though, and I hope they can pull it off.
???
I tried the Cycle, managed to play 1 hour before dying from boredom and uninstalling it. It's basically a game about nothing - you are in a lobby, you pick up contracts/quests, land on the planet, complete the contract and go back, that's it. It's mind-numbingly boring and the game itself feels like some tech demo with some placeholder "game mode" if you can even call it that, because it barely qualifies as a game mode just to give people some vague reason to try the tech demo.
Game was on epic for bout a year now and all they did is change few things, same game same bugs bad performance
Ah, The Cycle. There are multiple games in the column so I wasn't sure what one you were talking about. I can understand your frustration with things going slowly (see comments above about that), but making a few changes over time is what devs sorta do, isn't it?
The Cycle isn't really my kind of game anyway. I tried it during the last beta and this one though. Played through the tutorial mission and a couple of drops is all.
well yea you right but... there is a menor things that can be fixed and yet they never was i do like the idea of the game but its kinda disappointment
Believe it or not this was his best post to do a welcome.
