    UE5 is a fun development tool.  Not sure if anyone has made a popular game on 5 yet.  It will be up to Nvidia to get their side of things together if we play 3d fancy games with lumen and NOT OVER HEAT.

    I bloody don't want to pay for yet another gaming computer.  Like most people I'm budget.  That means poor.  No $$$.

    Can still program in 5 with older processor but idk about getting larger game to run smoothly.

    I'm still playing Ark Survival Evolved.

    When an engine is capable of achieving more graphical fidelity, it usually means the game becomes less playable. A lot more development time is spent on graphics rather than gameplay. The complexity of models and physics systems limits gameplay design.
    The real achievement from these tools is that they can quicken development time when developing at a lower level. However, it is difficult to draw an audience with dated graphics. I would choose a development platform that significantly reduces the pipeline. That's where most time is lost in game development.
