So who is at fault for the canceled LoTRO MMO?

Can somebody break this down. Who is at fault for the cancellation of this project?  
Because so far, lots of eyes are on AGS and they keep flopping, Yet they have New World still on the way. How does this reflect on that game's long term success? I would hope others played a role in this cancellation and not AGS. Because this a really bad look for them.

    The one who is most ar fault is the one who didnt make me lead designer of the entire project.

    As has been pointed out in numerous threads ..

     Its not cancelled

      Amazon has been cancelled by means of there over reaching greed , from what ive heard ..

        And im a person who owned stock in Leyou and sold it to Tencent ..

                                             owned stock in FCMKF and sold it to Tencent

                                             Own stock in Tencent ..


                       Its not cancelled, at this time , and does not appear to be going to be cancelled
