Top bar is unclickable

On multiple devices, both iOS and windows.  Mobile and PC, I have been unable to click the top bar on the site to jump to my notifications, or anything.  I believe this is related to the ad that had been running, but it has made visiting quite frustrating.

    @MikeB  I sent you a message then realised that you probably cant access your messages. The problem seems to be that you have a div overlaying the header div, making the links unclickable. 

    Image attached, the highlighted div is the issue I believe, if I set the top to 50px, then the links in the header work fine;
