Trying to change notification settings

I'm tryin to get rid of all the notifications I'm getting when someone comments in a thread I commented in.
On the notifications preferences there's a list of things I suppose I have to enable/disable with a Save button at the bottom but there's nothing I can click on.
When I mouseover the different lines there's a selection but can't really enable or disable anything.

    Same issue with the notifications. There are two columns (email and Popup) but I can't click anywhere to select those options. edit: the only notifications I receive are when someone comments on my thread.
