Tons of bug reports about it on official thread opened by a SEGA rep, still no ETA for a fix nor acknowledgement of its existence by the dev.
Absolutely disgusting that a "day ichi patch" wasn't deployed for this.
Also, FYI the "weakness indicator" apparently is in the game: it just doesn't show when language is set to english (I will have to test this, just saw it on official bug thread on steam)

As a FO76 fan I well understand what you are saying, but normally gamers won't overlook rough content unless it's from an indie team's early access game.
