Is This a Gamer's Dream?

Would you want to rent an apartment in a complex that specifically caters to MMO gamers with a clubhouse that has a personal computer station for you and each renter/player and also has a commercial kitchen that serves all meals?

    You mean I'd have to take a shower and comb my hair just to play an MMORPG?

    Oh you make a good point. It can be more attractive of an idea to just get off the bed and log in in my underwear, knowing I don't have to face anyone. 

    But yes, shower and combed hair would be preferred. I guess that might be on the Con side of the Pro/Con list. 

    I will have to consider installing a high capacity HVAC system in the clubhouse to draw out the stinky.

    Oh you make a good point. It can be more attractive of an idea to just get off the bed and log in in my underwear, knowing I don't have to face anyone.

    The requirement to shower and comb hair is acceptable if the Clubhouse has an adjoining Maid Cafe plus a Cosplay Bar & Grill (fit female servers only). 

    As long as I can drink a few beers and/or long island iced teas while playing, I probably won't mind having to listen to the gulping and chomping of other gamers.

    The vast majority of my MMORPG time is spent solo. For myself, I expect this would be more nightmare than dream.

    Maybe you should pitch a monastery for gamers (maybe it's the same thing).

    Actually there are some expensive communities and high rises in South Florida which advertise their extraordinarily fast internet connection speeds and specifically target competitive gamers and streamer wannabes.

    I've tried to talk my wife into moving to one so I could start my new influencer career but she isn't buying it.

    I have a friend, who by odd circumstances, owns a two-family in the Boston area. Her sister lives upstairs. She said that if she had her choice she would never have bought a home as it's just too much trouble.

    I'm with her. The only way I'd own a home is if I had people who would take care of all the bits so i didn't have to.

    I always thought it would be cool to have like a vegas hotel casino but instead of slots and tables, it would be a single server mmorpg.

    I went to Vegas in 2012, and saw LOTR progressive slots... where you power up and progress through content... and you could save your progress.

    Smart casinos.

    I played it because I was killing time, my significant other was the gambler (gambling is such a huge waste of frigging money).
