    I am wondering if the politically correct response here is to bash this merger in some way.  In keeping the site I am on, I will simply say the following: This may come back to bite gamers in the butt, ya'll Karens have no idea what the heck is going on and I am offended by something or other.   I truly hope I have conveyed the expected response and covered myself.

    if it helps GameStop stays afloat then sure. I started ordering my games, consoles, and controllers from Amazon a while ago because GameStop started overcharging. Now Amazon is doing the same so if GS gets revitalized i'm going back to buy from them and skip waiting for Amazon shipping.

    EDIT: it would be ironic that one of the companies pushing digital and streaming games the hardest would help save a physical media based company.
