'This does not apply just to ED but SC or any other game. What they will get is Rebirth/X4, likely prettier but equally underwhelming and pointless. 

It is incredibly difficult to design some meaningfull leg content that would fit a space ship game - simply because it is not a leg game.

It is just huge resource waste....'

    Yeah I am pretty confident that release is happening in 2020.  Maybe even Fall.  Unless of course they find a show stopper when they open the test gates.

    Agree. Like I wrote in another thread, performance has taken a hit, for me that is, so hopefully they can sort that out. The rest of it seems reasonably ready to go. Lets see how everything holds up when the masses join.

    Normally performance only goes one way, downwards as the number of users increases which has been typical of this genre, but hey, maybe "this time" it will be different.
