There is a bigger picture out there that many do not understand because long term health is VERY tough to prove.However even hi profile places like the Mayo clinic and other studies in medicine are pretty much all on board when comes to sitting at a PC.
So this so called tool/game is facilitating bad long term health.
Furthermore the FDA is NOT an entity anyone could use to justify electronics or use of items watched on a computer.
There is still another side to the problem,typically tests are done NOT by any government agency or testing facility/lab,they are done by the group vying for a license to sell their product.This can stem right into the most dangerous drugs on the planet.They do the tests,they supply the results and the government typically accepts the results as fact/accurate.
I could cite/post many links to lawsuits by just the governments based on documents that were later revealed to be inaccurate/false or doctored.it would take NOTHING to get a few doctor's on board,so you could use their name as part of your FAKE testing.To be honest ,i highly doubt there is a doctor on the entire planet qualified to ok a computer product because the top end doctors are specialists in ONE field,maybe 2 and long term computer use would NOT be one of them.

I know a lot of people live under a rock and believe anything they are told or sold,take some time to search around and find documentaries on corruption right up to the government level.Hmm one example to wake people up,go watch the many articles/videos on the "Crown Casino Hotel" corruption in Australia.Corruption can get so bad even the people at the top become afraid to act for fear of their own life.
Corruption within governments stems from one place >>>$$$$,anything can be bought for the right price.So many agencies,so many different avenues to lobby and achieve whatever you want,all you need is a lot of money.
Products like this can just pop out of thin air,all the yneed are some large investors in the right fields,have the right contacts and they are in business,especially lucrative if your the only one approved.
