    It’s not much one can do on an individual level, so I think this is the best option available for now, if you want to see anyone held accountable.

    The Office of Attorney General of Washington is accepting international complaints.

    As a non-US resident/citizen, you are allowed to put in your consulate’s address / telephone number in the corresponding fields of the complaint form, as long as you put in a note at the top of your complaint containing your actual personal information (citizenship, country of residence, address and telephone numbers).

    Make sure to use your own email address in the form.
