This private server is Alive as hell and a lot of people are playing it. Check it out. It's fun. It's not pay to win. You can farm and get maxed in 2 weeks and Im talking 4 hours a day farming maximum. I got all my gears enchanted to 19, fully linked and decent ojs in 1 week. Getting everything enchanted to 20 takes abit longer and getting the best Ojs too but you can farm everything in game without paying anything and at a decent rate too.
