Imagine if parents were responsible for their kids. Crazy thoughts, I know.
In a lot of cases the kids are more mature and responsible than the parents.

You can't expect the advertisers' parents to tell them when they're doing something unsuitable for children.

They really just need to differentiate their services then, and not leave it up to each user or force people to choose what they want their channel to be.

Two completely separate services, and let creators upload to two separate sites. This one size to fit all situation is too convoluted and puts too many people at risk by allowing potential mislabeled videos to appear on the same service, when in actuality, having parents push kids to a separate service dedicated to them would be the most ideal.

It's like, not long ago there was a story about porn sites having non-sexual game content on there, but if a kid is going there for their main source of video game watching, it's not the fault of the site when they see something wrong, and the parents should take all of the responsibility.

I wonder how long will it take for content creators to start being protected by “gig” laws like uber drivers and such
