    Art is more grounded and realistic, but graphics are kinda outdated.

    Really because I thought the graphics looked great compared to other ARPG's like Grim Dawn and PoE
    Comparing to some Korean AMMOs like Lost Ark and Project TL graphics feels outdated.

    Looks ok,

    Lost Ark looks better and Project TL looks much better.

    Im impressed with what I see here. I am not saying it means the game will be good, afterall its an edited "gameplay" video, but I like the vibe, atmosphere, skills.

    I am very skeptical of this. I am glad they decided to go back to a mature art style, but Blizzard has not been Blizzard for a long time. I will definitely keep my eye on this, but it is not a day 1 purchase for me....yet.

    I stopped day 1 purchasing a few years back. I usually wait a week or 2 for the dust to settle so I can make a sound choice if its worth the price tag according to gamers reviews (not paid website articles)

    Only announcing 3 classes makes me think this game is still 2 years out. It feels like they were close to finished, then saw Lost Ark and said "well shit".

    Diablo 4 is not an MMO, is an ARPG for ARPG fans. TL and Lost Ark are more MMOs. I am just comparing them graphically because D4 looks behind visually when compared to them.

    This is not correct - it's actually an ARPG not a mmo-arpg hybrid like Lost Ark.

    The overland maps only allow one group - and not 100s of players - so very much like Diablo/PoE

    Unless you have some new info that changed this?
    Then tell NC to rebrand it as ARPG, cause NC called it an MMO sequel to Lineage 1 when this trailer was revealed during their event.

    Unless you have new info that changed Lineage Eternal , TL or whatever the name is today, into a not a mmo game, then as far as I can tell, the game is a MMO, hence .. Lineage name lol.

    Yep the texture and lighting does look like PoE
    Also, I'm not seeing "more mature". It just looks washed out and desaturated like PoE, like you both point out.

    Color me unimpressed. Very weak trailer imo.

    Wouldn't be surprised to find it was rushed out just so Blizzard have something positive to talk about after all the controversy.

    DMKano, you talk alot about Project TL like you know what it's going to be. But the truth is, nobody knows because the game has been re worked so many times now. You are linking a 3 year old video, the game has been changed since then. Lineage Eternal (Project TL) has been in development for what feels like a decade, it just keeps getting delayed and reworked.  NCSoft is not even showing anything at GStar this year.. so I wouldn't expect to see Project TL in NA for a very long time.
