    Trailer looks decent enough. I think if one went in, tempering expectations and took it for what it is instead of what one "wants it to be," it could be good. I'll give it a go.

    I never played the games but just started reading the series. Read 2 books so far and am about to start the 3rd,  Pretty good.

    witcher 3 is the highest user score game on metacritic.  Give it a try if you like single player RPG.

    i'm looking forward to it because I like sci-fi series and I hope it is good. I read 1-2 books of the series and didn't like it and i tried witcher 3 and stopped. 

    But i'll give the tv show a shot, i realized i can't really do single player rpg's and i don't have to like the books to like the show of the book.

    "Roaming the continent" I felt a shiver when I heard that, had a flash back to Hercules the Legendary Journeys. But I am sure it won't be that bad guys, have faith. :)

    You and who else is "tempering expectations"? :)

    It is good advice but rarely followed it seems.

    yep. that's the way to do it too. I got talked into watching the first twilight movie and went in with horribly low expectations and was pleasantly surprised. ( I never read the books). So my expectations for the second one were higher. It was horrible. I couldn't finish it.

    I love the heck out of shitty medieval movies.  This looks like it will be above my expectations.  Totally enjoy this stuff.

    Hate the game because it's so straight full of hoe witch bitches.  But the last Witcher game was pretty and playable (unlike the others) and I grant they tried to make a gay elf.  Failed.  But tried.

    I am not reading any more books cause no.  Books hook ya then the author goes, "omg I hate that I'm in a contract I'm an artist why must I write a decent story about...  Drizzt, Harry Dresden, Merry Gentry, Anita Blake, FELIX HARROWGATE... cause I'm an artist should be free to do what I want so gonna run away from writing and work as a shrink!"  Lookn at you, Lynn Flewelling, you bloody trator!  

    Never again.

    Since when did the witcher become british over slavic? "Ill take that chaunce".
