PLEASE fix uploading pictures

For the longest time, uploading pictures and/or cut and paste simply does not work most of the time.  It seems almost random that once in a blue moon I can copy a picture into a message but the vast majority of the time it does not work.  Using the tool in the message itself will let you select a file and then it has a bar showing progress but then at the end, no picture ever shows up in the message.

It's very annoying.

Please fix.

    ave you also disabled embedding videos for some of us? I haven't been able to do that for a few weeks but I see many others still embedding.

    Like I said with the pictures... sometimes I can do it for videos too.  usually no.  Very strange
