returning player - software token problem

Been out several years and thought Id come try it again.  I still have the smartphone token app that I used to use, but I can no longer get it to work.  It asks me for id, birthdate, and registration PW from the account management page.  When I go there it asks me for the one time password from my software token, which asks me for the one time token from the account management page.

So cant use token, locked from account management, locked out of official forum.  Was able to put in a support ticket a few days ago but havent heard back.  Any other suggestion?

    Ok, they did remove the software token from account.  Hurrah!
    And, was able to reattach it so my account is again secure.
    Be back in game soon.
