For those who look to follow the game's progress playing every now and then as these events happen, it is now open again for a week
https://robertsspaceindustries.com/promotions/35-Free-Fly

The highlight of 3.5 is the release of the city-planet Arccorp and its moons, female characters, character customization, and a new flight model.

you should add the referral randomizer to your post and make sure people use it as if they don't they miss out on it if they ever decide to get the game.

    "Cherish the quiet...before my STORM!"

    Also, no refunds.

Be smart and do some research. Once you get through their $38M marketing campaign, you'll find some honest Pros/Cons reviews with unedited and uncensored in-game footage from players, not a marketing firm using director-mode.

Try to enjoy your free week!

Director mode is part of the game mechanics and its core footage, such as the 3rd person view, often used.

Also, this quick guide does help:

Explains 101 controls and nuances with the game, people often don't even get to play trying to figure out so that should aim you at the content there is and dealing with known game issues.

Before you do that, I would highly suggest checking this club thing out https://enlistcitizen.com/
the randomizer gives you anybody's referral code without any other perks.
This enlist citizen group allows everyone who uses the code to use their fleet, which I think is more significant than they show on the website. It's what made me decide to crack open my wallet last year for a reclaimer. I would have never bought it if it wasn't for them letting me try one out a ton of times. A pretty great perk for when the game release to be able to use capital ships I don't have to buy if Star Citizen does release. I really hope it does or I'm out $400 bucks for a video game.   :s
