"I do think they’ve done a good job presenting the headphones here with the distinctive turquoise plates facing up..."

I think that's more of a marble or granite facade. Turqiose is an extremely vivid shade of light blue. Check this for some Google images: https://www.google.com/search?q=turquoise&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwj8ms29htjhAhUwT98KHV93CzYQ_AUIDigB&biw=1920&bih=910 (Oh, otherwise -- great article. I'm going to pick up a set for my daughter)

The headphones & its peripherials arranged in the box reminded me of either a heart or an alien with eyes. The headphones sound great & now because of this I researched the tablet too & so far only good reviews for it. Both seem a bit pricey but I don't know of all it offers yet neither so might be a good value.

You know, I thought the same thing. They're calling it turquoise, though, so I went with it. I agree though. maybe it's a translation issue?
