    Better late than sorry.
If only they had taken that approach with the base game.

This game isn't half bad, there are quite a few bugs, and it's not optimized, but something about it has made it quite fun to play through with some friends. If they had spent some more time on it I think it could have been a really solid game.

I'm going to let it bake in the oven some more. Historically I've always enjoyed Bethesda games. And no I won't ever be spending in the cash shop ;)

Well too bad there are many other more decent games out there.

Find me a Fallout themed game that's like Fallout 76, but better.

    I'll wait.

My point is regardless of how good or bad a game is compared to everything else, not everybody cares about that. Sometimes it's the universe that's attractive to people as well.

I'll give you a perfect example, SWTOR.

Exactly my situation,  I love Fallout 4 so much FO76 was a natural fit and I really enjoyed playing it.

My biggest "complaint" was their decision to have no npcs as they really gave FO4 its charm.

Found myself caring more for (and talking to) my companions than I do other people in MMOs.

Game is set aside for now but I'd be back in a heart beat if they announced the addition of companions.

Or, I could just team up with other players I suppose.....bleh.

I agree, NPCs would be nice. Robots, logs and PCs are not very interesting ways to convey a story lol.

My biggest issue was I had a base setup outside Grafton city on the hills, and the robot in that city would always walk across the bridge and constantly shoot at the same wall over and over. I had to move my base after awhile..

That's a pretty sick thing to say about someone who finds enjoyment in a game to play with their friends. Who are you to judge?
