Sounds like Guild Wars 1 with a lot of micro management needed to keep them alive. You will be able to resurrect anything that's dead, or so they say.
Redesigned Guild Trader with more search features.
They also talked about changes to PvP. Players can summon a beast strong enough to challenge an emperor. New dungeon and trials... Some updates may go to PTS as early as a week from now.

Before Summerset about the only bow/bow build I could stomach was the Warden because it's one of the few classes that has a long range stamina-based spammable (Cutting Dive.) The Psijiic skill line made bow/bow viable with any class.

Stamina based ranged spammables are what was always lacking, except for the Warden as I said above, and the bow wasn't much help since their abilities are DOTs with damage that's too low up front to be spammable, a damage + CC ability with low damage or Snipe with its cast time.
Like I said, Crushing Weapon solved that problem and you can spam it and then light attack, rinse and repeat, for good damage (especially effective for those who don't have the animation cancelling phobia

Necromancer as just another skill line, in a game that has such harsh skill bar limits; bolted on to another class... Not interested in the least.
Not sure why they add so many dungeons. It's basically trash content. Maybe if they did something similar to WoW's Mythic+ system it would be nice... but people just speed through them and you barely get to experience anything, anyways...
Seems like I missed the GW2 Path of Fire discount. Might just buy that because it's basically ESO with better graphics/combat for a much cheaper price (cause buying all those DLC is like $200+ these days, or you have to subscribe which I won't do for a game I won't sink more than 5 hours a week into).
